Performance COO is a community of ~30 startup operators in San Francisco. Founded in 2015, we aspire to openly share our best practices and learnings from our respective roles. We host a dinner event every month and several times a year we organized mixers with the broader startup community.
Our mandate is to help each other learn and grow by transparently sharing our progress each month: the good, the bad, and the ugly. We seek operators in venture funded, post product/market fit startups who oversee at least 1/3 of the functions in their company. Our headcount sizes range from 30 to 500.
Between meetings we stay in touch and seek advice in a mailing list that goes out to the whole group.
